01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "0777cx" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at https://0777cx.bio, including all games, sportsbook markets, promotions, and account management functions.
• "Account" means the personal user account created by a Member upon successful registration on the 0777cx platform.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 0777cx platform — including browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a Wager, or claiming a Bonus — you unconditionally agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. 03 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 0777cx, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

04 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on 0777cx. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited. 0777cx employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate registrations; any duplicate accounts identified will be closed and associated funds will be forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• A valid date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid, active email address to which you have sole and exclusive access.
• A valid Pakistani mobile phone number where required for verification.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 0777cx are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and major credit or debit cards.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed in the 0777cx cashier section at the time of transaction.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your Balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits are credited once cleared funds are received by 0777cx, typically within one to three business days depending on your bank.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified and previously used for a deposit on the same Account, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. 0777cx may request identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. Mobile wallet withdrawals to JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically completed within one business day. Bank transfers may take up to five business days.
• 0777cx does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges independently.
• Deposits made using Bonus Funds or promotional credits are not eligible for direct withdrawal — all applicable wagering requirements must be met first.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

The following general bonus conditions apply across all 0777cx promotions unless a specific offer's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money Balance.

• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified per promotion.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All Wagers placed on 0777cx — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, or sports betting markets including PSL, international cricket, and other events — are subject to the rules of the individual game or market, which are accessible within the platform interface.

• All Wagers are final once confirmed. 0777cx does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets except where a technical error originating from the platform is clearly demonstrated.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during an active game or live bet, the outcome will be determined by the server-side record held by 0777cx or the relevant game provider. This record constitutes conclusive evidence of the transaction.

• 0777cx reserves the right to void any Wager that it reasonably believes to have been placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions, including bets placed using fraudulently obtained funds or in connection with prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 0777cx platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Balance and Bonus Funds:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine human play.
• Colluding with other Members, third parties, or 0777cx staff to gain an unfair advantage on any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner not consistent with recreational play.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, exploit vulnerabilities in, or otherwise interfere with the 0777cx platform, its servers, or any associated systems.
• Depositing funds sourced from illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Allowing or facilitating any other person to use your Account, including family members or persons in the same household.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 0777cx platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphic designs, game assets, software code, text, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 0777cx or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of 0777cx.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 0777cx platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell, or otherwise transfer your access to any third party.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, 0777cx shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or reputational harm, even if 0777cx has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

0777cx's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

0777cx does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform at all times. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

12 Responsible Gaming

0777cx is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The platform provides the following player protection tools to all registered Members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request exclusion from the platform for a minimum period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed within the exclusion period.

13 Suspension & Termination

• The Member has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, financial, or reputational risk to 0777cx.
• The Member has failed to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• The Member's account shows patterns consistent with problem gambling that warrant intervention.

Upon closure of an Account, any real-money Balance remaining after deduction of any funds subject to forfeiture under these Terms & Conditions will be returned to the Member via the verified payment method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are non-refundable in all circumstances.

A Member may close their own Account at any time by contacting the 0777cx support team via live chat. Closure requests are processed within one business day.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 0777cx holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through direct communication with 0777cx support shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the relevant regulatory authority's dispute resolution process.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute process, Members are required to submit a written complaint to 0777cx via the live chat support channel. 0777cx will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within seven (7) business days.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where circumstances require it.

15 Amendments to These Terms

0777cx reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects Members' rights or obligations — 0777cx will provide reasonable notice via the email address registered to the Member's Account or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the amendment taking effect.

Non-material amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates reflecting changes in regulatory requirements) may take effect immediately upon publication without individual notice.

Your continued use of the 0777cx platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any revised terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.
